Diana Ulici

I was born in Romania and shaped by the discipline of professional athletics, which has influenced how I approach both life and leadership. I bring over 10 years of healthcare experience across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Throughout my career, I’ve held leadership roles in credentialing, privileging, practice management, and as VP of Operations - overseeing clinics, diagnostic services, and virtual care call centers. I’ve also led new construction projects, EMR and revenue cycle implementations, and the adoption of Ambient and Voice AI solutions.

I’m a proud wife and mom of two beautiful girls, and I love to dance and play pickleball. I bring that same energy, focus, and teamwork into everything I do professionally. I thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution—turning complex healthcare systems into high-performing teams.
